Thoughtfully and Purposefully Curated
The Nook got its start as our year-round storefront for the ciders, jams, and jellies produced from fruit grown in our orchard along with our candles inspired by the farm's fruits and flowers. We quickly realized that relying on pop-up markets and special events to sell our farm produce was inefficient and didn't allow our clients to stop by to shop as their schedules allowed. And, since our adventures introduced us to complementary products, why not offer those too?
The Nook quickly evolved into a curated collection of our favourites that we know you'll love as much as we do! Whether you're looking for the perfect gift or shopping for yourself, we have a diverse selection of quality offerings at fair prices, all of which come from small businesses whose story and strategy resonated with us.

Our "Fine Print" at The Nook
When you shop at The Nook, you're supporting our farm-based family business and other entrepreneurs like us. We do not carry products that are mass-produced, multi-level marketed, or readily available in big box stores.
We purchase directly from our makers and vendors, rather than taking them on consignment. As much as we want to make everything ourselves, we quickly learned that each industry has its own regulations (usually for good reasons) and that it wasn't possible to meet them all within the resources we had. We welcome introductions to new items that complement what's already offered in The Nook.
Sales tax is applied in accordance with CRA requirements. Note that food items are not subject to HST but most confectionary is taxable. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you are eligible for a sales tax exemption.
Returns and/or exchanges are at management's sole discretion. Merchandise must be unopened/unused with the original receipt within 7 days of purchase.
Deliveries are made within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Parcels that are too large for mailboxes are left as discreetly as possible, with a photograph texted to the phone number provided with your order. We cannot be held responsible for stolen, misplaced, or damaged parcels where proof of delivery has been provided.
Curbside pickup orders are normally fulfilled within 1-hour of placement and available during scheduled store hours. Please wait for our confirmation email before proceeding to the farm to avoid having to wait while we prepare your order.
We do not normally offer shipping by third party couriers because packaging and freight costs are prohibitively expensive for many customers. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you require shipping.
Our farm is smoke and vape free, we do not allow pets, and washroom facilities are closed for the season.
